- 制定菲律賓市場拓展策略,主導菲律賓當地人力資源招聘及發展規劃,訂定年度市場拓展及增長目標。
Develop market expansion strategies for the Philippines, lead local human resources recruitment and development planning, and set annual market expansion and growth targets.
- 開拓菲律賓當地招募渠道,與當地訓練學校及相關機構洽談合作,建立穩定的人才供應網絡。
Develop local recruitment channels in the Philippines, negotiate partnerships with training schools and related institutions, and build a stable talent supply network.
- 負責在香港招募在港菲律賓人材,並建立及維護良好關係,促進長期合作。
Responsible for recruiting Filipino talent in Hong Kong and maintaining strong relationships to foster long-term cooperation.
- 協助處理菲律賓駐港領事館相關申請及文件事宜,確保流程順暢及合規。
Assist with various applications and document matters related to the Philippine Consulate in Hong Kong, ensuring smooth and compliant processes.
- 持續監察菲律賓及香港相關市場動態、政策及招聘需求變化,並適時調整招聘策略。
Continuously monitor market trends, policy updates, and recruitment demand changes in the Philippines and Hong Kong, and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
- 代表公司與當地合作夥伴、學校及相關機構保持聯繫,提升公司在菲律賓市場的知名度與合作機會。
Represent the company in liaising with local partners, schools, and related organizations to enhance brand awareness and cooperation opportunities in the Philippine market.

入職要求 / Requirements
- 具備豐富菲律賓人力資源經驗,有相關市場開拓或招聘經驗者優先。
Solid experience in Filipino human resources, with market development or recruitment experience preferred.
- 年齡及性別不拘。
Age and gender are not restricted.
- 需懂菲律賓語,能與當地人才及合作夥伴有效溝通。
Must be proficient in Filipino, with the ability to communicate effectively with local talent and partners.
- 具備良好的溝通、協調及市場開拓能力。
Strong communication, coordination, and business development skills.
- 熟悉菲律賓及香港招聘市場者優先考慮。
Candidates familiar with the recruitment markets in the Philippines and Hong Kong will be given priority.
- 每週工作六天。
Work six days per week.
- 月薪三萬元。
Monthly salary: HKD 30,000.
